National Sales Coordinator

REPORTS TO: VP Sales
LOCATION: Burnaby, BC (Hybrid)

We are looking for a National Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team! Our National Sales Coordinator will be responsible for multiple areas of the business; trade shows execution, PO management, working with sales teams on product launches, and administrative tasks day to day needs of the business.

  • You have worked in a coordinator role previously and bring the initiative to always find ways to do things better
  • You have a good understanding of various sales systems and tools
  • You have strong experience in event management; from organizing all aspects to the execution and the summary/ key learnings

EXPERIENCE

  • You have a Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
  • You have 5-7 years of relevant work experience

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Experience working with a large team in the CPG industry
  • Presentations building ability
  • Understanding of Budgeting Process and Management

THINGS YOU WILL DO

  • Manage and execute all trade shows across Canada
  • Manage monthly Broker sales and payments
  • Ensure team Sales Team is equipped for all administrative needs
  • Manage select invoicing and finance requests
  • Work with VP Sales on side projects that will benefit the team
  • Work with VP Sales on scheduling, expenses, meeting planning, etc
  • Manage sampling program within the sales team
  • Work with Marketing and Trade Marketing on select projects

OTHER

  • May on occasion work at various times including weekends, as the job requires
