Lemon Poppy Seed Pancakes

You know the saying – when life gives you lemons, make some berry delish (and nourishing as-heck) pancakes.

Ingredients

Lemon Poppy Seed Very Berry Pancakes

Toppings

  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Coconut yogurt
  • Maple syrup

Directions 

  1. Get your frying pan nice and toasty by placing it on medium heat.
  2. Toss all the batter ingredients, excluding your poppy seeds, into a blender (or large bowl) and mix it up!
  3. Once your batter is well-combined, gently stir in your poppy seeds and get to flipping.
  4. Top those pancakes off with your fav berries, coconut yogurt, and a drizzle of maple syrup!
