- 2 cups Earth’s Own Vanilla beverage of choice
- 1 large banana, frozen
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- Handful walnut pieces (or 7 halves)
- Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
