Easy Vegan Fettuccine Alfredo

  • 1 serving of dry pasta
  • ¼ cup of Earth's Own cooking cream
  • ¼ cup of grated plant-based parmesan
  • 1 tbsp of plant-based butter
  • 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast
  • ½ tsp of black pepper
  • pinch of ground nutmeg
  1. Boil some water for your pasta in a small pot 
  2. As the water is boiling, prep and measure your other ingredients
  3. Cook your pasta until al dente and save about 2 tablespoons of the pasta water before draining 
  4. When the pasta is cooked and strained, turn off the heat and reintroduce your pasta to the pot with the 2 tbsp of pasta water 
  5. Stir over low heat and slowly add in your other ingredients (butter, nutritional yeast, black pepper, nutmeg, and culinary oat m*lk)
  6.  After 1-2 minutes your sauce should thicken and you are ready to dig in!

I served mine with some extra plant-based parmesan and a bit of black pepper to taste
