Ginger and Zen Smoothie

  • 1 ½ cups Earth’s Own Vanilla beverage of choice
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen mango
  • ½ cup carrot juice
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 handfuls of ice
  • 4 tablespoons protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax
  1. Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve sprinkled with cinnamon.
