Ingredients:
MANGO BLACK BEAN SALSA
- 1 3/4 cup gluten-free vegan dark chocolate chips
- ¼ cup Earth’s Own Oat Vanilla M*lk
- 1 cup gluten-free graham crackers, chopped
- 1 cup gluten-free vegan mini marshmallows
Directions:
- Chop up your graham crackers and set aside.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second intervals until smooth.
- Warm up your Earth’s Own Oat Vanilla M*lk and add it to the chocolate. It will become a pudding like consistency.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped graham crackers and marshmallows, then pour the melted chocolate over them and stir until fully coated.
- Pour the mixture into the lined dish and spread it evenly.
- Place the dish in the freezer for 1 hour or until solid.
- Once solid, remove from the freezer, cut into chunks, and enjoy.
- Store leftovers in the freezer or fridge.
