Title: Social Media Coordinator

Specifically, we’re looking for a dynamic personality to join our supercharged Brand team as a Social Media Coordinator to fuel the ambitious growth on the Earth’s Own brand. This role will report to the Director of Digital + will be responsible for executing, managing, and measuring all aspects of Earth’s Own social media content. This role requires an organized storyteller with a talent for multi-tasking and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Populate and maintain content calendars across all social media platforms and ensure content is in alignment with product launches and campaigns
  • Coordinate and publish all social media content on our social channels
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is relevant, engaging and on-brand
  • Research and stay ahead of digital trends on all platforms and in a variety of related sectors
  • Create fun and engaging Reels and Tik Tok content regularly
  • Be the eyes and ears of the brand by monitoring the online conversation and becoming intimate with the brand’s target audience
  • Keep up-to-date on the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Review, analyze, and report on social KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization


  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Business, preferably marketing
  • Experience: Must have 2+ years of experience in the social media space
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Independent with strong project management and organizational skills, with high attention to detail
  • Proven track record of executing social media campaigns across multiple channels
  • Ability to analyze data and put together thoughtful reports using tools like: Sprout Social, Facebook Insights, Google Analytics and more
  • Strong writing skills with a flair for quirky, off-beat tone
  • Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and make decisions under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate a variety of projects at once
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
