  • 1 1/2 cups Earth’s Own Oat Original
  • 1 1/2 pints vegan vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tsps mint extract
  • Green food coloring
  • 4 ice cubes

OTHER

  • Coconut whipped cream
  • Shamrock sprinkles
  • Gold dust

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth n’ creamy
  2. Top your mint-licious drink with some coconut whip cream, gold dust and shamrock sprinkles.
