Ingredients:
- 500g silken tofu, drained
- 1/4 cup Earth’s Own The Alt
- 3 tablespoons espresso powder
- 6 tbsps maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Directions:
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend for 1 minute on high speed to produce a rich n’ velvety chocolate mousse.
- Add the mousse to your preferred cups or bowls and cover. Place in the fridge overnight.
- When ready to eat, top with coconut whip, crushed coffee beans, and enjoy!
