Coffee Mousse

This coffee mousse is anything but ordinary! This indulgent treat is sure to be a crowd fav with rich, velvety texture, and bursting with delish coffee flavor. And you mousse believe it’s plant-based, thanks to The Alt!

Total Time: 8 hours

Ingredients:

  • 500g silken tofu, drained
  • 3 tablespoons espresso powder  
  • 6 tbsps maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract  
  • Pinch of sea salt  

Directions:

  1.  Add all ingredients into a blender and blend for 1 minute on high speed to produce a rich n’ velvety chocolate mousse.
  2. Add the mousse to your preferred cups or bowls and cover. Place in the fridge overnight.
  3. When ready to eat, top with coconut whip, crushed coffee beans, and enjoy!
