Ingredients
Lemon Poppy Seed Very Berry Pancakes
- 1 cup Earth’s Own Unsweetened Vanilla Almond M*lk
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- Juice of 1 1/2 lemons
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Toppings
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Coconut yogurt
- Maple syrup
Directions
- Get your frying pan nice and toasty by placing it on medium heat.
- Toss all the batter ingredients, excluding your poppy seeds, into a blender (or large bowl) and mix it up!
- Once your batter is well-combined, gently stir in your poppy seeds and get to flipping.
- Top those pancakes off with your fav berries, coconut yogurt, and a drizzle of maple syrup!
