Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt.

In a large bowl, mix together Earth’s Own Butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined.

Add the Earth’s Own Oat Nog, JUST Egg, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until smooth.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until a soft dough forms.

Fold in the dried cranberries and vegan white chocolate chips.

Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden but the centers are still soft.

Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
