In a small saucepan, combine Earth’s Own Oat Nog, cornstarch, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk together until smooth.
Heat the mixture over medium heat, whisking constantly. Once it begins to thicken (about 3-5 minutes), remove it from the heat. Let it cool slightly before using.
Add some custard to the bottom of your cups then layer with sponge cake. Repeat layers once more, then finish with one more layer of custard.
Place in the fridge for 2-4 hours before serving.
Once ready, top with coconut whipped cream and enjoy!
