Directions

  1. Mash your strawberries and simple syrup together with your preferred mashing method.
  2. Next add your matcha to your hot water and whisk till combined.
  3. Add your strawberry purée to the bottom of a large glass then top it with ice cubes.
  4. Pour in the Earth’s Own Soy Barista on top and then follow with the matcha.
  5. Top it off with some gorgeous cold foam and stir to combine. Add additional sweetener if desired and enjoy!
