Chocolate Strawberries & Cream Smoothie Bowl

Get ready for a berry-licious, high-protein chocolate strawberries and cream smoothie bowl. Made with our delish Oat Original and Good Protein’s Strawberries & Cream, this plant-powered smoothie bowl will leave you saying OAT-MG!

Ingredients

TOPPINGS

  • 1/4 cup plant-based dark chocolate
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Chopped strawberries

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-powdered blender and blend in intervals on a low speed. (Secret tip: scrape down the sides in between intervals for easier blending). It will take a few minutes to get to the desired consistency but trust us it’s worth it!
  2. Add the dark chocolate and coconut oil into a bowl. Heat in intervals of 30 seconds in the microwave, stirring between until completely melted.
  3. Pour your smoothie into a bowl and when ready, add the chocolate to the top of your smoothie bowl and spread into an even layer.
  4. Place the smoothie bowl in the freezer for 1 minute to harden. Once hardened, top the bowl with chopped strawberries and get to cracking!
