MANGO MATCHA LATTE

Ingredients

Matcha

  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • ¼ cup hot water

MANGO PURÉE

Prep: 6 minutes
Total Time: 8 minutes

  • 6 cups frozen mango, thawed
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup

Directions

  1. Add the frozen mango to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave until softened and thawed enough to blend, about 2 minutes.
  2. Transfer the mango to a blender with the maple syrup and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the mango purée to your glass and fill with ice, then pour over Earth’s Own Oat Barista Light.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha powder and hot water until smooth and frothy. Slowly pour the matcha over the glass. Serve immediately and enjoy!
