Double Chocolate Chip Edible Cookie Dough

Holy chip, did somebody say edible double chocolate cookie dough? 

These no-bake, totally plant-based cookie dough bites are here to satisfy the most chocolate-y of cravings, no oven required.

Serves: 14 bites

Total time: 30 minutes

Ingredients 

  • 12 pitted dates
  • 1/3 cup Earth’s Own Oat Vanilla
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cacao nibs

Directions 

  1. Toss all of your ingredients, except for the cacao nibs, into a food processor and mix until the ‘dough’ starts to stick together.
  2. Roll the cookie dough mixture into bites – size of your bites is totally up to you.
  3. Roll the cookie dough bites into cacao nibs and enjoy!

Best stored in the fridge or freezer
