That’s My Jam Chia Pudding

Chia pudding is kind of our jam, especially when it’s loaded with some major plant-powered protein.

Ingredients 

Vanilla Chia

Jammy Chia

  • 1 cup frozen haskap berries (or blueberries)
  • 2 tbsps chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp date syrup

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp blueberries
  • 1 tbsp blackberries
  • Drizzle of date syrup

Directions 

  1. Start by mixing your Organic Unsweetened Vanilla Almond M*lk and chia seeds together. Whisk thoroughly for roughly 1 minute until it starts to thicken and set aside.
  2. Next, place your haskap berries (or blueberries) in a small bowl and warm up in the microwave for 1 minute until defrosted.
  3. Once defrosted, mix your warm berries with the chia seeds and date syrup. Set aside to thicken.
  4. Once your jammy chia is thick and ready to go, it’s time to assemble (aka the fun part)- layer your vanilla chia pudding, jammy chia, granola, berries and date syrup into a medium sized glass and enjoy!
