Chia pudding is kind of our jam, especially when it’s loaded with some major plant-powered protein.

Ingredients
Vanilla Chia
- 1/2 cup Earth’s Own Organic Unsweetened Vanilla Almond M*lk
- 2 tbsps chia seeds
Jammy Chia
- 1 cup frozen haskap berries (or blueberries)
- 2 tbsps chia seeds
- 1 tbsp date syrup
Toppings
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1 tbsp blueberries
- 1 tbsp blackberries
- Drizzle of date syrup
Directions
- Start by mixing your Organic Unsweetened Vanilla Almond M*lk and chia seeds together. Whisk thoroughly for roughly 1 minute until it starts to thicken and set aside.
- Next, place your haskap berries (or blueberries) in a small bowl and warm up in the microwave for 1 minute until defrosted.
- Once defrosted, mix your warm berries with the chia seeds and date syrup. Set aside to thicken.
- Once your jammy chia is thick and ready to go, it’s time to assemble (aka the fun part)- layer your vanilla chia pudding, jammy chia, granola, berries and date syrup into a medium sized glass and enjoy!
