Pistachio Matcha Dalgona Latte

This pistachio matcha Dalgona latte has the fluffiest foam that we’re soy nuts about – thanks to Soy Barista’s rich n’ delish froth!

  1. Pour aquafaba in a medium sized whisking bowl and beat on high speed with a hand held mixer until thick n’ fluffy (roughly 3 minutes)
  2. Add in your sifted organic powdered sugar and give it a quick mix
  3. Add in your sifted matcha powder and blend until fully combined
  4. Warm up your Earth’s Own Soy Barista and get to frothing! Pour the soy m*lk in your fav glass and add your frothed m*lk on top, along with the pistachio syrup.
  5. Top it all off with your fluffy matcha mixture. Stir to combine and enjoy your delish as-heck Dalgona latte!
