This pistachio matcha Dalgona latte has the fluffiest foam that we’re soy nuts about – thanks to Soy Barista’s rich n’ delish froth!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup aquafaba
- 1 tbsp organic powdered sugar
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 2 cups Earth’s Own Soy Barista
- 1 1/2 tsp pistachio syrup
Directions
- Pour aquafaba in a medium sized whisking bowl and beat on high speed with a hand held mixer until thick n’ fluffy (roughly 3 minutes)
- Add in your sifted organic powdered sugar and give it a quick mix
- Add in your sifted matcha powder and blend until fully combined
- Warm up your Earth’s Own Soy Barista and get to frothing! Pour the soy m*lk in your fav glass and add your frothed m*lk on top, along with the pistachio syrup.
- Top it all off with your fluffy matcha mixture. Stir to combine and enjoy your delish as-heck Dalgona latte!
