Sour cream is the trusty side-kick to all the best dishes, so we made sure to retain all the real-deal taste, just without the dairy. Instead, we use real whole butter beans and oats to make a super-swappable alternative. Oh, and they’re grown using half the water of the dairy equivalent. Why? Because you, the planet and your vegan nachos deserve it!

Konjac is a root vegetable (think of an odd-shaped potato!) that grows in parts of Asia. The Konjac Powder is used as a natural thickener. The soluble fiber found in the bulb of the plant absorbs water to form a gel-like material, which helps us achieve this delicious creamy texture. Pretty cool, eh?
Nope! We share the same concern over the use of palm oil on the environment and we are stoked to confirm there’s absolutely zero palm oil in any of our food products. We instead use coconut oil and sunflower oil.
