Ingredients:
- 1 cup Earth’s Own Unsweetened Almond Original
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 2 tsps rose water extract
- 8 tbsps chia seeds
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
TOPPINGS
- Coconut cream
- Dried rose petals
- Crushed pistachios
Directions:
- Place Earth’s Own Unsweetened Almond Original, coconut milk, rose extract, raspberries, and maple syrup into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add your blended mixture into a bowl and stir in your chia seeds. Let it sit for 10 minutes, stirring every minute or two until chia seeds have gel-like texture
- Pour the chia pudding into your cup and top with a dollop of coconut cream, crushed pistachios, dried rose petals, and get to scooping! (Whatever is left over, store in the fridge covered and enjoy for another day!)
