CHERRY CHAI

Sweet cherry, warm chai spice! This Cherry Chai is the pairing you didn’t know you needed but won’t be able to stop making 🍒

Ingredients

  • 150ml Earth’s Own Oat Barista
  • 100ml chai concentrate
  • 1 tbsp cherry syrup
  • Ice cubes

CHERRY COLD FOAM

CHERRY SYRUP

Servings: 1 cup (8–10 drinks)
Prep: 5 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes

  • 2 cups cherries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 cup water

GARNISH

  • Dehydrated cherries

Directions

  1. To make your cherry syrup add the cherries, s[1.1]ugar and water to a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for about 8–10 minutes, lightly mashing the cherries with a spoon so they release their juices.
  2. Let the mixture simmer another 5 minutes until the liquid turns deep red and slightly thick.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl or jar, pressing the cherries to extract as much liquid as possible.
  4. Add ice to your glass along with the cherry syrup.
  5. Pour Earth’s Own Oat Barista on top followed by the chai concentrate.
  6. To make your cherry cold foam add your ingredients to a carafe and froth until light and fluffy.
  7. Top off your drink with some dehydrated cherries and enjoy!
