Cookies n’ Cream Ice Cream Sundae

Alt you ever wanted in a sundae. Crave-worthy cookie chunks, creamy swirls, and a white chocolate shell collide in this cookies n’ cream sundae. Each bite is a milky-licious delight all thanks to The Alt our 1:1 dairy swap, one spoonful and you’ll be saying, “Just one more… or maybe two!”

Ingredients

Hard Shell Topping

  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon refined coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Oreo cookie (only the cookie), crumbled

 

Other

  • Oreo thins, crumbled

Directions

  1. In the Ninja Creami container whisk together the condensed milk, Earth’s Own The Alt, and vanilla pudding powder until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Secure the lid and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  3. After freezing, run the container on the ice cream setting. The texture will need another spin, so run it again on the same setting.
  4. Flatten the surface of the ice cream and return it to the freezer for another 24hrs.
  5. When ready to eat, make the hard shell by placing white chocolate chips and coconut oil into a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully smooth.
  6. Add some cookie crumbs into the white chocolate and stir until combined.
  7. Scoop the ice cream into your sundae cup and pour the melted chocolate mixture over the top and sprinkle with crushed Oreo chunks.
