Nope! We share the same concern over the use of palm oil on the environment and we are stoked to confirm there's absolutely zero palm oil in any of our food products. We instead use coconut oil and sunflower oil.
Konjac is a root vegetable (think of an odd-shaped potato!) that grows in parts of Asia. The Konjac Powder is used as a natural thickener. The soluble fiber found in the bulb of the plant absorbs water to form a gel-like material, which helps us achieve this delicious creamy texture. Pretty cool, eh?
