Ingredients

  • 1 oz freshly brewed espresso
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 0.5 oz chocolate liqueur
  • Ice, for shaking

STRAWBERRY COLD FOAM

GARNISH

  • Heart sprinkles
  • Dehydrated strawberries
  • Coffee beans

Directions

  1. Add espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur and chocolate liqueur to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled, then strain into a martini glass.
  2. In a separate cup, froth Earth’s Own Oat Barista, strawberry syrup and food colouring until thick and airy.
  3. Top the martini with the strawberry cold foam, finish with your favourite garnishes, and enjoy!
