Ingredients:
- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups Earth’s Own Oat Zero Sugar Unsweetened Vanilla
- 2 tbsps Earth’s Own Dairy-Free Butter
- 2 tbsps sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
TOPPINGS
- Mixed berries
- Powdered sugar
- Maple syrup
Directions:
- In a large bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
- In the same bowl add Earth’s Own Oat Zero Sugar Unsweetened Vanilla, melted Earth’s Own Dairy-Free Butter and vanilla extract. Mix until combined. Be sure to not over stir! We want all the fluff.
- Let batter rest for 5 minutes.
- On a greased skillet cook the pancake batter on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- Top it with mixed berries, powdered sugar, and maple syrup and enjoy some oat-licious fluffy pancakes!
