Talk about a mash made in heaven! These spud-tacular garlic mashed potatoes are 100% dairy free courtesy of our oh-so creamy n’ delish Oat Original and Dairy Free Butter. One bite of garlicky deliciousness, and you’ll be dreaming of another spoonful!

Ingredients:
- 10 white potatoes, peeled and chopped into chunks
- 3/4 cup Earth’s Own Oat Original
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Earth’s Own Dairy Free Butter
- Fresh chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks.
- Place the potato chunks in a large pot and cover them with cold water.
- Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat to simmer and cook the potatoes until they are tender when pierced with a fork, usually around 15-20 minutes.
- Drain cooked potatoes and return them to the pot.
In a separate pan on medium heat, sauté the garlic and Earth’s Own Dairy Free Butter together for around 5 minutes. - Mash the potatoes while gradually adding in the garlic-infused butter and Earth’s Own Oat Original until creamy.
- Stir in chives, salt, and pepper to taste.
Transfer mashed potatoes to a serving dish, garnish with extra chives and enjoy!
