This tropical matcha chia pudding is full of plant-licious nutty goodness in every spoonful!

Ingredients

TOPPINGS 

  • Vanilla coconut yogurt, sweetened
  • Plain granola
  • Kiwis chopped
  • Coconut flakes

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, add the hot water and matcha powder. Whisk until well combined.
  2.  In a large bowl, whisk together Earth’s Own Almond Unsweetened Original M*lk, coconut cream, matcha mixture, and agave until combined.
  3.  Add the chia seeds to the mixture, stirring well. Let it sit for 7 minutes, stirring every minute or two.
  4. Divide the chia pudding into cups, cover, and store in the fridge. When ready to eat, top with vanilla coconut yogurt, granola, coconut flakes, and chopped kiwi.
