Nacho average plant-licious appie! These loaded nachos with rich n’ creamy chipotle sauce (thanks to our Almond Unsweetened Original) are sure to be a crowd fav.

Ingredients:
- 1 bag blue corn chips
- 2 cups vegan tex mex cheese
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/3 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
CHIPOTLE SAUCE
- 1 1/2 cups vegan mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Earth’s Own Almond Unsweetened Original
- 2 peppers in adobo sauce
- 1/4 lime juiced
- 1 garlic clove
Directions:
- Start by adding all your chipotle ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Place your tortillas on a baking sheet or on an oven-safe dish and add a layer of your vegan tex mex cheese.
- Now top the rest of the ingredients on the nachos, then finish with another top layer of cheese (you can never have too much cheese!)
- Place your oven on broil and then place your nachos in the oven. Keep an eye on them, as this will only take a couple of minutes to bake!
- Once your nachos are crispy to your liking, take them out of the oven, drizzle on your chipotle sauce and enjoy these plant-licious nachos!
