Oat Nog Gingerbread Brownies

Spice up your holidays with these Oat Nog gingerbread brownies, they’re nog your average dessert! Topped with dairy-free Oat Nog frosting, they’re the perfect festive treat to share or keep all to yourself (We won’t tell).

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp allspice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
OAT NOG CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, salt and spices.
  3. In another bowl, mix Earth’s Own Oat Nog, Earth’s Own Dairy-Free Butter, molasses and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the brownies cool completely before frosting.
  6. In a medium bowl, beat Earth’s Own Dairy-Free Cream Cheese, powdered sugar, Earth’s Own Oat Nog and vanilla extract together until smooth.
  7. Once the brownies are completely cooled, spread the frosting evenly over the top and add sprinkles of your choice.
