Pure bliss. We just use four simple ingredients to make this oat awesomeness: gluten-free oats, water, sea salt and natural enzymes (to transform the oats’ starch into a delish creamy texture).
Less is more everything: delicious and creamy. But it does mean you’ll have to add a little shake to your morning routine, since fewer ingredients means a little settling. And like all our oats, these are grown using 7x less water than almond m*lk or cow’s milk.

So you can dance to “Hey Ya!” by OutKast properly! But also, shaking before serving helps to maintain product consistency. Over time, solids, like cocoa powder and vitamins and minerals, may settle to the bottom of the carton.
Amylase is a natural enzyme that breaks down the starches in our oats to a simple sugar. This is what gives our Oat M*lk that signature creamy and delish flavour. The amylase comes from microbial extraction and is totally vegan friendly.
Oats are naturally high in carbohydrates which contain starch and some sugars. We use natural enzymes to break down the whole oat, which means we get a creamy (and oh-so tasty) liquid instead of a thick, oatmeal like substance. During this process, the natural long chain carbohydrates are “cut” into smaller chain carbohydrates which is actually sugar. Long story short, we don’t add sugar into our Oat Original but it is naturally produced from our processing.
