Ingredients

 

CINNAMON SUGAR COATING

  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Earth’s Own Dairy-Free Butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat the waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients: whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients by adding the French Vanilla Oat Coffee Creamer, Just Egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Stir until combined.
  4. Lightly grease the waffle iron, pour the batter in, and cook the waffles until golden brown and crisp.
  5. Prepare the cinnamon-sugar coating by mixing the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  6. Brush both sides of each waffle with melted butter, then sprinkle the waffles with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  7. Preheat your air fryer. Once preheated add 1-2 waffles for 5 mins at 350°F. Flipping halfway through.
  8. Top waffles with coconut whip, fresh berries, banana and enjoy!
