Ingredients

Cookie Dough Cold Foam

Servings: 1¼ cups (8–10 drinks)
Prep: 5 minutes
Total Time: 7 minutes

BROWN BUTTER SYRUP

Directions

  1. To make the syrup, add the butter to a saucepan over medium heat and cook, swirling occasionally, until it melts, foams, and turns golden brown with nutty brown specks, about 3–5 minutes.
  2. Stir in the brown sugar and water and cook, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the mixture becomes smooth and syrupy. Let it simmer 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat.
  3. Fill a large glass with ice.
  4. Add the cookie butter syrup to the espresso and stir to combine. Pour in Earth’s Own Oat Barista.
  5. To make the cinnamon cookie dough cold foam, pour Earth’s Own Cinnamon Cookie Dough Coffee Creamer in a carafe and whisk until fluffy.
  6. Pour the cold foam over the latte and finish with a light sprinkle of cinnamon and snickerdoodle cookie crumbles.
