Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps Biscoff spread
  • 1 tbsp espresso powder or 2 shots of espresso
  • 50ml boiling water
  • 3 tsps vanilla syrup
  • Scoop of Ice
 FOAM
  • 50ml Oat Barista
OTHER
  • Biscoff cookie crumbs

Directions

  1. In a heatproof cup, combine the Biscoff spread, vanilla syrup, espresso powder (or fresh espresso), and boiling water. Stir until smooth and fully dissolved.
  2. Pour the mixture into your coffee glass, then add Earth’s Own Oat Barista followed by the ice.
  3. Froth 50ml of Earth’s Own Oat Barista and spoon it over your iced latte for a creamy finish. Sprinkle with Biscoff cookie crumbles, give it a good stir, and enjoy!
