S’mores Bliss Bar

S’more delight and gluten-free in every bite! Chocolate-y dreams meet plant-licious yum with these s’more bliss bars, made even dreamier with our Oat Vanilla M*lk!

Ingredients:

MANGO BLACK BEAN SALSA

  • 1 3/4 cup gluten-free vegan dark chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup Earth’s Own Oat Vanilla M*lk
  • 1 cup gluten-free graham crackers, chopped  
  • 1 cup gluten-free vegan mini marshmallows

Directions:

  1. Chop up your graham crackers and set aside.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second intervals until smooth.
  3. Warm up your Earth’s Own Oat Vanilla M*lk and add it to the chocolate. It will become a pudding like consistency.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the chopped graham crackers and marshmallows, then pour the melted chocolate over them and stir until fully coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into the lined dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Place the dish in the freezer for 1 hour or until solid.
  7. Once solid, remove from the freezer, cut into chunks, and enjoy.
  8. Store leftovers in the freezer or fridge.
