Strawberry Chia Pudding

Berry sweet mornings start with this strawberries n’ cream chia pudding—your perfect start to a dreamy day! Made with our Oat Zero Sugar Unsweetened Vanilla, this gluten-free delight is plant-licious and totally oat of this world. Each spoonful is a berry-delightful bite of happiness!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Earth’s Own Oat Zero Sugar Unsweetened Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 8 tbsps chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup
STRAWBERRY WHIPPED CREAM
  • 1/2 tsp strawberry extract
  • 1 can coconut milk, refrigerated overnight (cream only)
  • 1 tbsp agave
TOPPINGS
  • Gluten-free granola
  • Dehydrated strawberries
  • Fresh strawberries

Directions:

  1. In a blender add together Earth’s Own Oat Zero Sugar Unsweetened Vanilla, coconut cream and strawberries. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add the mixture to a large bowl
  3. In a large bowl add the blended mixture and chia seeds, stirring well. Let it sit for 7 minutes, stirring every minute or two until thickened.
  4. Add a medium sized bowl to the freezer and let it get cold for about 10 minutes.
  5. Add the coconut cream (top part only), strawberry extract, and agave to the freezer bowl and whip until fluffy with a hand blender.
  6. Now top your chia cups with the strawberry cream, granola, dehydrated strawberries and fresh strawberries. Enjoy!
