All we want to do is taco ‘bout this layered dip that is full of plant-based deliciousness, especially since it uses our Dairy-Free Sour Cream!

Ingredients:
REFRIED BEAN LAYER
- 1 can vegan refried beans
- Vegan taco seasoning
GUACAMOLE LAYER
- 5 avocados, smashed
- 4 garlic cloves, diced
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 tsp salt
SOUR CREAM LAYER
- 2 cartons Earth’s Own Dairy-Free Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup salsa verde
TOPPINGS
- 2 cups shredded vegan cheese
- 2 cups pico de gallo
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro, diced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- Fresh or pickled jalapeños
OTHER
- Tortillas chips
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix your refried beans and taco seasoning together
- In a separate bowl, mash your avocados, pressed garlic, lemon juice and salt
- In separate bowl, mix your Earth’s Own Sour Cream and salsa verde until fully combined
- In a dish of your choice choice, layer the refried beans, guacamole, and sour cream (make sure it’s big enough for dippin’)
- Top your layered dip with all your fav toppings and get to dunkin’
