Taco Layered Dip

All we want to do is taco ‘bout this layered dip that is full of plant-based deliciousness, especially since it uses our Dairy-Free Sour Cream!

Ingredients: 

REFRIED BEAN LAYER

  • 1 can vegan refried beans
  • Vegan taco seasoning

GUACAMOLE LAYER

  • 5 avocados, smashed
  • 4 garlic cloves, diced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp salt

SOUR CREAM LAYER

TOPPINGS

  • 2 cups shredded vegan cheese
  • 2 cups pico de gallo
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • Fresh or pickled jalapeños

OTHER

  • Tortillas chips

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix your refried beans and taco seasoning together
  2. In a separate bowl, mash your avocados, pressed garlic, lemon juice and salt
  3. In separate bowl, mix your Earth’s Own Sour Cream and salsa verde until fully combined
  4. In a dish of your choice choice, layer the refried beans, guacamole, and sour cream (make sure it’s big enough for dippin’)
  5. Top your layered dip with all your fav toppings and get to dunkin’
