Vanilla Panna Cotta

This panna cotta is anything but vanilla! Rich, creamy and just the right amount of vanilla yum. This vanilla panna cotta is sure to be the star of the show, and you cotta believe that it’s plant-based thanks to Oat Vanilla!

Prep: 5 mins

Total Time: 3.5 hours

Ingredients:

TOPPINGS

  • Blueberry chia jam
  • Blueberries
  • Blackberries
  • Fresh mint

Directions:

  1. Place all of your ingredients into a saucepan on medium heat for 13-15 minutes or until a slight simmer starts to happen (do not let it boil). Remove from heat and let it cool for 10 minutes.

  2. Once cooled, add the mixture into your molds/bowls/cups of choice. Cover and set to chill in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.

  3. When ready, top with blueberry chia jam, blueberries, blackberries, fresh mint and serve! Delish!
