If you’re looking for a full-bodied, rich and creamy “whole” latte experience, we recommend either our OG Oat Barista or Soy Barista. Our Oat Barista has a creamy oat flavour with a delicate sweetness that perfectly complements coffee notes. It’s the creamiest of all and it works great with pretty much every type of beans. Our Soy Barista also has a mild sweetness and creamy mouthfeel, and it’s especially great in coffees with higher acidity or floral notes and matcha, as soy does a great job at balancing those flavours. It’s also the highest in protein!
If you’re looking for a lighter but still foamy and creamy experience for “skinny” lattes, our Oat Barista Light is your BFF! Our Oat Barista Light is a lighter version of our Oat Barista with a more subtle oaty flavour. With 50 % less calories than Oat Barista, it still gives you a creamy oat latte experience for unlimited lattes throughout the day.
If you like a hint of almond-y flavour with subtle sweetness and refreshing creaminess that lets your coffee shine, you’ll love our Almond Barista. It works especially well with light roast beans that are fruity or floral. And it’s particularly YUM in iced coffee! Note that our Oat Barista Light is the lowest in calories while Barista Almond is the lowest in sugar!
Tricalcium Phosphate and Dipotassium Phosphate are made from naturally occurring minerals, are approved additives as per CFIA, and are considered safe for consumption by health authorities. We also use as little as needed to achieve the taste and functionality we are after! They’re only a worry if you’re taking way too much. Sure, it could happen with supplements, but trust us, it’s nearly impossible to exceed your daily calcium limit just by sipping our plant-powered goodness. For example, a cup of Oat Barista has about 300 mg of calcium, while the recommended daily limit is between 2000–3000 mg!
That being said, we totally get that it’s not for everyone. Which is why we created our au naturel Naked Oat! It’s made with only four super simple ingredients: glyphosate-free and gluten-free Canadian oats, water, sea salt, and natural enzymes (to transform the oats’ starch into a delish n’ creamy texture).
