  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in Earth’s Own The Alt and heat gently, stirring often, until steaming.
  4. Whisk in the grated parmesan until fully melted.
  5. Simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon, about 5–8 minutes.
  6. Season with a pinch of pepper and enjoy!
