Ingredients
Salted Caramel Biscoff Pudding
- 1 1/4 cup Earth’s Own Oat Salted Caramel Coffee Creamer
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 250g (1 bag) plant-based butterscotch chips
Toppings
- Coconut whipped cream
- 4 Biscoff cookies crushed
- Sea salt
- Golden edible dust and sprinkles (optional but highly recommended)
Directions
- Preheat your pot on medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix your cornstarch and the ¼ cup Earth’s Own Oat Salted Caramel Coffee Creamer and mix until well combined.
- Whisk in the remaining 1 cup of the Earth’s Own Oat Salted Caramel Coffee Creamer and coconut milk.
- Place your liquid into your preheated pot and whisk briskly until warmed through then turn down the heat to low.
- Add the plant-based butterscotch chips and continue whisking until the chips are nice n’ melted.
* You’ll know when it’s ready to be taken off the burner when the pudding coats a spoon (about 15-20 minutes). It will thicken even more as it cools!
- Leave your pudding to cool in a mixing bowl in the fridge.
- When the pudding is cool and ready (it will take a few hours), add your fav toppings and enjoy a spoonful of pure plant-based deliciousness!
