Biscoff Salted Caramel Pudding

We’re just pudding this out there, but we found your new go-to plant-based dessert that is the perfect mix of salty n’ sweet – thanks to our Oat Salted Caramel Coffee Creamer.

With a rich n’ velvety texture, this Oat Coffee Creamer makes for the ideal salted caramel pudding base that is totally plant-based and 100% delish.

Salted Caramel Biscoff Pudding


  • Coconut whipped cream
  • 4 Biscoff cookies crushed
  • Sea salt
  • Golden edible dust and sprinkles (optional but highly recommended)


  1. Preheat your pot on medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix your cornstarch and the ¼ cup Earth’s Own Oat Salted Caramel Coffee Creamer and mix until well combined.
  3. Whisk in the remaining 1 cup of the Earth’s Own Oat Salted Caramel Coffee Creamer and coconut milk.
  4. Place your liquid into your preheated pot and whisk briskly until warmed through then turn down the heat to low.
  5. Add the plant-based butterscotch chips and continue whisking until the chips are nice n’ melted.

* You’ll know when it’s ready to be taken off the burner when the pudding coats a spoon (about 15-20 minutes). It will thicken even more as it cools!

  1. Leave your pudding to cool in a mixing bowl in the fridge.
  2. When the pudding is cool and ready (it will take a few hours), add your fav toppings and enjoy a spoonful of pure plant-based deliciousness!
