Mango Black Bean Salsa Wrap

Bean dreaming of something delish? This mango black bean salsa wrap dipped in tahini sauce is the answer! Creamy, dreamy, and featuring a 100% gluten-free tahini ginger sauce — all thanks to our Oat Original M*lk. Dip into pure deliciousness!

Ingredients:

MANGO BLACK BEAN SALSA

  • 1 1/4 cup mango, chopped  
  • 1 cup cooked black beans, drained and rinsed  
  • 1 cup avocado, chopped  
  • 1 cup cucumber, chopped  
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped  
  • 1/3 cup red onion, finely chopped  
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped  
  • 1/4 lime, juiced
  • Pinch of salt 

TAHINI GINGER DIPPING SAUCE 

  • 1/2 cup tahini  
  • 1/4 cup Earth’s Own Oat Original M*lk
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari  
  • 1 tbsp lime juice  
  • 2 tsps grated fresh ginger  
  • 1 clove garlic, minced  
  • 1/2 tbsp agave nectar  

OTHER

  • Gluten-free wraps
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce 

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, Earth’s Own Oat Original M*lk, soy sauce, lime juice, ginger, garlic, agave syrup and salt until well combined.
  2. In a bowl, combine the chopped mango, avocado, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, black beans, and cilantro. Season the mixture with salt and a squeeze of lime juice.
  3. Lay your wrap flat and spoon the salsa mixture onto the center of the wrap, then top with lettuce. Fold the sides of the wrap inward and then roll it up tightly.
  4. Place wrap on a preheat frying pan on medium heat and toast each side.
  5. Cut in half and get dipping with your tahini ginger dipping sauce.
