Festive spice and everything nice, this Oat Nog dairy-free tiramisu will leave you saying oh my NOG after the first bite!

Ingredients
Oat Nog Cream
- 1 package firm tofu
- 1/3 cup Earth’s Own Oat Nog
- 1/4 cup plant-based powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Espresso Dip
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp instant espresso powder
- 1 tsp almond extract
Other
- Cocoa powder
- Plant-based brown sugar
- 1 package plant-based lady fingers
- Sprinkles
- Plant-based chocolate
Directions
- Take your tofu, Oat Nog, powdered sugar, nutmeg and vanilla and blend until smooth n’ silky.
- Next, take your hot water, espresso and almond extract and whisk until fully combined.
- Now, get your dessert glasses ready! Take a ladyfinger and submerge for 1/2 a second.
Pro tip: don’t submerge longer than that or they will turn to mush.
- Layer your cup as follows: 1 1/2 dipped ladyfingers, Oat Nog cream, sprinkle of brown sugar, sprinkle of cocoa powder and repeat.
- If you’re feeling extra festive add some sprinkles on top, along with some shaved chocolate and enjoy your dairy-free tiramsu!
