Oat Nog Trifle

Nog-thing says festive like this Oat Nog trifle! Layers of festive spice and Oat Nog delight in every bite, this plant-based dessert is made dairy-free all thanks to our Oat Nog. One spoonful and you’ll be craving this treat all season long!

Ingredients

OAT NOG CUSTARD
  • 1 1/2 cups Earth’s Own Oat Nog
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
LAYERS
  • Vegan sponge cake, cut into cubes

TOPPINGS

  • Coconut whipped cream

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine Earth’s Own Oat Nog, cornstarch, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk together until smooth.
  2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, whisking constantly. Once it begins to thicken (about 3-5 minutes), remove it from the heat. Let it cool slightly before using.
  3. Add some custard to the bottom of your cups then layer with sponge cake. Repeat layers once more, then finish with one more layer of custard.
  4. Place in the fridge for 2-4 hours before serving.
  5. Once ready, top with coconut whipped cream and enjoy!
