Pumpkin Cheesecake Iced Latte

Oh my GOURD!

We’re here to seriously up-level your PSL game with this oat-licious pumpkin cheesecake iced latte that features all the autumn notes you know and love (cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar – oh my!) but with a deliciously unique twist – cream cheese!

Our dairy-free Cream Cheese adds a richness like no other to this fall-infused bev that pairs perfectly with our rich n’ frothy Oat Barista foam – talk about a drink to fall over.

Ingredients

Pumpkin Sauce

Iced Latte

Pumpkin Cheesecake Cold Foam

Extras

  • Dairy-free whipped cream
  • Dash of cinnamon

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, add all the pumpkin sauce ingredients and whisk on medium heat until nice and smooth (we want to avoid any lumps!)
  2. Brew two shots of espresso with ½ tbsp brown butter syrup and pour over ice. Add ½ cup of Earth’s Own Oat Barista.
  3. Froth ¼ cup Earth’s Own Oat Barista with 2 tbsp of pumpkin sauce and top your latte off with your creamy n’ dreamy pumpkin cheesecake cold foam. Add a little dairy-free whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon for some extra fall-tastic pizzaz.
