Oh my GOURD!
We’re here to seriously up-level your PSL game with this oat-licious pumpkin cheesecake iced latte that features all the autumn notes you know and love (cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar – oh my!) but with a deliciously unique twist – cream cheese!
Our dairy-free Cream Cheese adds a richness like no other to this fall-infused bev that pairs perfectly with our rich n’ frothy Oat Barista foam – talk about a drink to fall over.
Ingredients
Pumpkin Sauce
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 ½ tbsp pumpkin spice
- 2 tbsp Earth’s Own Cream Cheese
Iced Latte
- 2 shots espresso
- ½ tbsp brown butter syrup
- Handful of ice
- ½ cup Earth’s Own Oat Barista, poured
Pumpkin Cheesecake Cold Foam
- ¼ cup Earth’s Own Oat Barista, frothed
Extras
- Dairy-free whipped cream
- Dash of cinnamon
Directions
- In a saucepan, add all the pumpkin sauce ingredients and whisk on medium heat until nice and smooth (we want to avoid any lumps!)
- Brew two shots of espresso with ½ tbsp brown butter syrup and pour over ice. Add ½ cup of Earth’s Own Oat Barista.
- Froth ¼ cup Earth’s Own Oat Barista with 2 tbsp of pumpkin sauce and top your latte off with your creamy n’ dreamy pumpkin cheesecake cold foam. Add a little dairy-free whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon for some extra fall-tastic pizzaz.
