Toasted marshmallow, rich chocolate, and a decadent splash of Oat-y goodness – oh my!
This creamy n’ indulgent iced latte will take you back to summer nights around the campfire – with a generous swirl of Oat Original Creamer and a pillowy dallop of Soy Barista cold foam – one sip and you’ll agree, this s’mores mocha iced latte is what plant-based summer dreams are made of.
Ingredients
- 2 shots of espresso
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips, melted
- ¼ cup of Earth’s Own Oat Original Coffee Creamer (or substitute for Earth’s Own Oat French Vanilla Coffee Creamer for a vanilla-y twist!)
- ¼ cup of Earth’s Own Soy or Oat Barista
- 1 tbsp Toasted Marshmallow Syrup
- Dash of cocoa powder
- 1 graham cracker
- 1/3 cup of ice
Directions
- Brew two shots of espresso into cup, while that brews melt dark chocolate chips (roughly 45 secs in microwave)
- Combine melted chocolate, espresso shots, and cup of ice in glass
- Pour in Earth’s Own Oat Original Coffee Creamer
- In a separate glass, pour Earth’s Own Soy Barista and Toasted Marshmallow Syrup together and froth until desired texture. With a spoon, scoop cold foam on top of drink.
- Garnish with cocoa powder and a piece of graham cracker and enjoy!
