Ube Latte

  • 1/2 cup filtered coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup Earth’s Own Oat Barista
  • 1 tbsp ube syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup or sweetener of choice (optional)


  1. Start by brewing your coffee and allowing it to cool.
  2.  Pour ube syrup into a tall glass along with sweetener (optional).
  3. Fill the glass halfway with ice.
  4. Pour in the Earth’s Own Oat Barista, followed by the cooled espresso.
  5. Create Earth’s Own Oat Barista cold foam using your preferred method.
  6. Add the foam on top, give it a gentle swirl, and savor the deliciousness!
