Creamy Jalapeno Dip

Turn up the heat and dip into creamy jalapeño goodness! Gluten-free, dairy-free and absolutely delish all thanks to our Oat Original M*lk and Dairy-Free Sour Cream. It’s a must-try for anyone craving a spicy kick with a plant-based twist!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Earth’s Own Oat Original M*lk
  • 2 containers Earth’s Own Dairy-free Sour Cream
  • 1/3 cup diced jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 1/2 cup plant-based shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup corn niblets
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsps bread crumbs

OTHER

  • Tortilla chips

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large bowl stir together the Earth’s Own Dairy-Free Sour Cream, Earth’s Own Oat Original M*lk, spices, green onions, jalapeños, corn nibblets, and white cheddar cheese. Mix well.

3. Pour into an oven-safe dish and top with bread crumbs, jalapeños, green onions and cheese and bake for 20 minutes, until golden and bubbly.

4. Now get dipping with your favourite tortilla chips and enjoy!
