Although they both taste great in our (humble!) opinion - Oat Zero Sugar has a neutral taste with a refreshing mouthfeel and Oat Original has a slightly sweet n' oat-y flavour that's oh-so creamy.
For our Oat Original, we use whole grain oats that are mixed with natural enzymes to break down the starch so they can become a smooth n' creamy concentrated extract. During this process, we try to use as much of the original oat goodness as possible (think protein, think fiber, think nutrients!).
With our Oat Zero Sugar, we use gluten-free oat flour instead, so the production process and the nutritional structure are different, resulting in less protein. This product was made with our low-calorie, low-sugar community in mind, as we heard from our fans it was something they were looking for!

For our Oat Original, we use natural enzymes to cut whole grain oats. During this process, the natural carbohydrates are “cut” into smaller chain carbohydrates which is actually sugar. Long story short, we don’t add any sugar into our Oat M*lk but some natural sugar results from our processing. For our Oat Zero Sugar, we use oat flour instead of whole grain oats, which means no hefty work to break down the oats and no sugar is created in the process.
