Prep time: 20 minutes
Total time: 45 minutes
- Plant-Based
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Earth’s Own Butter
- 1 cup cane sugar
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Earth’s Own Unsweetened Vanilla Almond M*lk
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 3/4 cup white flour
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1 container Earth’s Own Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup plant-based icing sugar
Toppings
- Plant-based sprinkles
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Melt your butter and place it into a bowl along with the cane sugar and mix until smooth n’ creamy.
- Now add your vanilla extract, almond extract, baking powder, baking soda, cornstarch, Almond m*lk and salt, mix until well-combined.
- Next comes the flour, make sure to spoon the flour into your measuring cup! Scooping or pressing the flour will end up with the wrong measurement and create too thick of a batter (we’re going for soft n’ chewy cookies here).
- Use an ice cream scoop and scoop your cookies onto the pan.
- Place in the oven for about 15 mins. *Ovens can vary in cooking time
- You can make the cream cheese frosting while waiting for the cookies to bake! Place your cream cheese and icing sugar into a bowl and mix until silky smooth.
- Spread a decent amount of icing on your cookies and sprinkle away!
